There!s no new software to learn so you!ll be up to speed with MiraMail with increased productivity immediately. Messages are threaded and assigned a unique ID code so that all responses to customer emails along with any follow-up emails sent by the customer on the same incident will be contained within the same thread. Messages can be grouped to keep messages on separate topics (i.e. product support and sales) in distinct areas. Incoming messages can be filtered into groups based on the content of the message. Shared access makes it possible for managers to monitor responses of your company!s sales and support staff and see at a glance what has been answered and be able to review content. Lesser-experienced staff has the opportunity to learn from the responses of others. Secure access is controlled with user names and passwords so that sales and support staff have access to only the groups they are permitted and no one outside your company can get in. Internal communications Messages posted to a MiraMail group can be selectively emailed back to the customer. For example, a draft response can be posted to the group internally requesting comments before actually sending the final response to the customer.
