Think of GetByMail as the latter on steroids. Not only does GetByMail send files, you can upload them as well, or browse directories. GetByMail can even take a screenshot of the remote computer's desktop and mail it to you... GetByMail is a solid alternative if you cannot use other means of remote file access.
